Cash offer on property
I am a new realtor, I have a house seen on the mls that only accept cash offer. My fear is there some kind of loan or taxes due on the property. They require 2,000 deposit. How can I submit an offer without losing my deposit if a title search come back with lien etc... Is there something specific or clause to put in the contract. Any help is accepted Orlando fl

Yeah man your contract should have something saying all deposits are refundable if there is not a clear title. If you are using a FAR/BAR contract it should already be in there.
