What are investors looking for in a real estate agent?

I'm a newly licensed real estate agent and aspiring investor.  I am looking for fix and flip projects and/or buy and hold in the North Texas area, mainly Collin and Grayson counties.

Over and over again I have heard investors in the Bigger Pockets community complain about the lack of "investor friendly" real estate agents.  This seems like an opportunity.  As I continue to expand my real estate investment education I would like to carve out a niche business serving other investors.

I would appreciate any feedback from experienced investors on what an agent can do that would make them a valuable part of your team?
