I was just wondering if anyone would be willing to post how they manage their properties here in the Springs. For example, do you landlord yourself? Do you have a Property Management company and, if so, who do you use, do you like them, etc? Trying to feel out what our market's tendencies are thanks!

Hi Ryan

We self-manage our 3 SFH in Colorado Springs and have really enjoyed it. We have gotten all our houses rented within a week (in one case within a day) and have pushed the rental rate higher than we feel a PM would suggest.
