Bad house inspection experience. I need advice.

So I closed on my first house, a househack.  I've lived here for about two weeks and I've found many problems.  Before I closed, it was agreed upon that all the water lines would be replaced.  When I moved in and started using the house, I noticed there weren't water lines hooked up to the outdoor spigot or to the dishwasher.  What do you recommend I do?  My next problem was with the waste line.  A few days ago I noticed a huge crack about 1 inch by 6 ft.  On the day of the inspection, there was some sealer paint over the waste pipe. On the inspection sheet, it says watch waste lines.  I had a plumber come over today and he said there's no way this waste pipe should've passed inspection and said I should call my inspector immediately and threaten to report them to the BBB or take them to court.  I got a quote for $250 to get the waste pipe replaced and for the water lines, I will do it myself for under $100.  Do I open up the can of worms and fight the inspector or do I bite the bullet and live another day?  Thanks in advance.

@Luke Turner

Yes.  Hire that plumber for $250 and take care of it
