Subject 2 two question
I am in the process of buying a property in NC from a wholeseller who, I suspect, has acquired the property using a section 2 deal. I am not experienced in subject 2 and have a few questions:
The wholeseller needs the proceeds of the end buyer to satisfy the mortgage he took over. How is it ensured that this is what actually will happen? What happens if wholeseller fails to do so and instead has a great time in the Caribbean? Also, will I get a Genreral Warranty Deed?
