@Meti Kay It sounds like you are looking for a full service turnkey company. But I don't know that you can find any really good providers in those areas that will also have inventory to provide a good cash flow return due to the fact that those are now inflated markets for cash flow properties. I started my OOS with a terrific turnkey company in Jacksonville, FL. And I am seeing good returns, but those homes were all bought years ago, and now that companies inventory is all priced much, much higher. Current buyers are looking much lower cash flow and it becomes mostly an appreciation play. It think you will find something similar in the major markets of the other states you mention.
