My tenant wants to buy our SFH. How to close?

We have a SFH rental and the tenant wants to buy it from us. We agreed on a price and he is working to get a loan. Do we need to go through a broker for paperwork and closing? Can we just use a closing company? We live in Fishers, IN. Any advice and recommendations as to closing agent or title company would be greatly appreciated.

@Judy Huang

You don't need a realtor any longer. If you're comfortable, go straight to the title company w/ the executed sales contract (w/ EM) in your state.

If you're not, ask an attorney to help you. Your attorney will be able to help you with the whole process and make it easier for you.
