Ok I have a property that I am very interested in and I made a deal with the owner with a percentage down and owner financing I still need to view the property and do my due diligence title search Home inspection I am meeting her tomorrow which contract form do I use to lock this in and to give me 45 days to close like I said I'm just trying to lock this deal in so she doesn't go up or want to change things up at a later date which contract form would you use

CAll your local title company for a for sale by owner contract.  Let her know what parameters you want:  Price, time of close, time for contigencies, who pays for what- title insurance, repairs, etc.
