How easy would it be to lease out parking spaces in Capitol Hill and around how much would they go for (for first floor spaces)?

@Rico Fung so there are many questions to be answered. Generally speaking, proper zoning is required to lease out a space. In most cases residential zoning does not allow for renting out parking space. The first stop is to check the zoning and review the code to determine if parking is one of the allowable uses. If so then you are probably good to go. If not proceed at your own peril. Remember, mad tenants have a way of using your short comings to hurt you.
