I am currently reading BP's Investing in Real Estate with Little to No Money Down.  I am having a hard time understanding with some aspects of creative financing and wanted to see the communities experience and example of how these can be applied in carious situation.  If you could choose a good and bad aspect of each experience it would be greatly appreciated.
