How motivated would you be?

If you were in the same position as the motivated sellers you were marketing to, how motivated would you be to sell your home?  Had it been you in the same situation as the probate leads, evictions leads, divorce leads, and/or  tax delinquent leads, how motivated would you be to sell your home to avoid your problem? Which of those leads is the most motivated of all to sell their homes?
