Non-Recourse Loans in St. Louis
Anyone in STL using non-recourse loans on multi-family properties? I'm having a heck of a time finding a lender who has an appetite for our older properties. What lender(s) are you utilizing? Of the 10 deals I've had, I feel at least 4-5 have been solid enough for them to loan on, but it hasn't worked out yet. Age, size, location have been the common reasons for denial. I'm sure I'd have no problem with a conventional load. I'm contemplating cashing out my self-directed IRA and being done with the non-recourse loan business. Please feel free to message me if you'd prefer.
