Wasn't sure where to ask this question but I am new to the Denver, CO area and looking for a good title company who is reasonable with their fees and investor friendly. Also, do we use title companies around here or just real estate attorneys?

I've used Canyon, Unified, First Alliance, First Integrity, etc for investor deals.

Use a title company to close, and please use the Colorado approved real estate contracts. Goto the wholesaler class at first alliance title, learn the Contract to Buy, and hire an attorney to help with the assignment language in the contract.
