Lewiston Auburn Maine investors?

Hi all. A partner and I are about to buy a property in Auburn. He already owns a 4 unit he lives in one. Also have a landscaping company started in the area.

We are constantly trying to network with other local investors etc. Let us know if you invest in that area and want to get a coffee or something some time! I am also open to more southern Maine areas such as greater Portland. I would ideally like to find a 4 unit in the Westbrook area to live in soon although Portlands over the top market seems to be spilling into everywhere else close by...
