Possible to buy two duplexes as a 4-plex?

I'm trying to take advantage of those first 4 FHA loans you get when you're starting out. There are two duplexes for sale from the same owner that are next door to each other. I saw a BP video where Brandon T bought a 4 plex that was actually just 4 adjacent single family units. Is it possible to bundle those two duplexes together under the same loan as a 4-plex? Thanks.
