I’m reaching out to the BP community because I have a daughter that is taking a corporate transfer to Hartford CT. from LA. Her desire is to purchase a house or townhouse to move into for about a year and then use it as a rental. She would like to be within a 30 to 40-minute commute to downtown.

If it was your daughter where would you suggest she searches for a good community that in the future would generated a nice cash flowing property?
