What would you do in this situation?
accepted an offer on one of my houses . Buyer did an inspection, their lawyer sent me a contract to sign.
I decided not to sell . Didn't sign contract.
Should I offer to reimburse them $300 for their inspection ? This is more a moral issue than a legal one.
