Should I sell my income property and buy a house for CASH?!?!
Hi!
New here, but I have an income property that brings in about $25,000 a year which pay for my mortgage and all utilities. I live in the front house and rent the back house out on airbnb which are all on one property.
I think I can sell in today's market and make about $200k in profit and would then go purchase a home for myself with CASH. No mortgage is super appealing!
However, I have no idea what to do!!! Should I keep this money maker, or should I sell it?
Thanks for your help!

@Brad Crawford if it is a money maker and you want to continue being an investor, I would keep it.
