How do you feel about houses with small bedrooms?

I'm looking at one now as a potential rental property that has these bedroom dimensions: 9 feet by 9 feet, 8 feet by 7 feet, and 14 feet by 11 feet. Are those too small or would they still be reasonable for renting out?
