How has your experience been? How do you find your properties? Would you recommend any real estate agents who specialize in office and retail space?

I'm looking for office or retail space in London Ontario and am potentially open to other cities. Would you recommend any real estate agents?

Specifically those who own rental properties themselves

@Sam Shueh

That was the opinion of the inspector I hired and an engineer I had with me, not my judgement, hence the "structurally the house should be fine".

I went to inspect a house and the floors are sloped. Everything else seems to be fine. It stopped moving a long time ago so structurally the house should be fine, but it's still noticeable. Would I have a lot of trouble renting to a couple? How bad is that?

I'll be late but plan to attend

I'm looking for a good inspector in Windsor Ontario

I'll be late but still planning to attend

Are there any realtors you would recommend for Windsor Ontario? Specifically those who own properties themselves and who work with a lot of real estate investors.

It looks like the rule is that you can't get a mortgage for less than a 20% down payment for a non-owner-occupied investment property. Is there a way around that? How do you do it?
