Guys

When I bought my own house and one I am completing to rent, other people put everything in writing and I signed.

Yesterday I went to see a house, before I went there I did my numbers, we talked  about the house and the how much I can pay for the house, I am not sure if it was right to tell them the price onsite and then at night I sent them the offer by email.

Now the thing is they inherit the house and they need to talk with the rest of the brother/sisters, so they told me give them until Monday, seven days, killing me!!!

How do you guys help the seller to move a little faster? Is it wrong to say the price verbally?
