Seller financing steps offer to close
Hi All,
Looking to make a seller financed deal and am wondering the steps to take from offer to closing?
1.) Make offer contingent inspection for 30 days? Put deposit in escrow? How much deposit / 100k usually?
2.) Due dillegence
Verify taxes
Verify utility bills
Insurance
Verify code compliance fire & building inspector
3.) Title company search
4.) Closing attorney for actual sale?
