Need to Auction Home to Buyers List

About to do my first home auction to my buyers list. I've seen others do it before...where people show up to an open house, look at the property, leave and submit an offer somehow and 15 minutes later the house is sold. 

Should I use online system or app to control it??

Do I start with a minimum asking price? Help please.
