So I use Neighborhood Scout to research vacancy rates and have been doing so for over a year for free. I went to the site today and they are now charging $9.99 per report or $79.99 a month! Are there any other sites that provide this information. I am not opposed to paying for the information but $9.99/ per report and $79.99/month! Sheesh!
