Has anyone used Prosper Cleveland?

Has anyone heard of or used Prosper Cleveland?  I have been trying to perform diligence on them but haven't found much info.  They list quite a few turnkey properties with acceptable returns, but I am always leery until I find some good references that will vouch for a turnkey company.
