How to Find properties off market in Las Vegas

I'm looking to buy an investment property in Las Vegas but I'm not finding very many "good deals" on mls. Does anyone have advice on how to find good deals outside of the mls system? Thanks, JB

@Jaime Botello You have to market for them. Best way is to look on Craigslist and Zillow under the for sale by owner section. Other ways is to connect with wholesalers such as myself and see what they may have available and if it's worth your time. Since you are in California, you will have to resort to making connections with people that will do the leg work for you and then you will be able to see if it is a "good deal" for yourself.

Hope this helps,

Louis
