Ok, heres the situation. I have a somewhat large amount of properties I am attempting to sell because I am retiring from the "Real-Estate" business.

All of my properties are located in South Chicago, but in very "HOT" areas such as Bronzville, Englewood, Washington Park, Woodlawn, etc etc.

I currently own over 30 properties which include SRF, Condos, and Multi-Unit Buildings (up to 4 units max).

I also own about 30 lots all commercialy and residentialy zoned in the same area or close to the properties. The prices for the lots range from 10k-800k.

The prices of the properties range from about 60k-2000k.

I need some advice on how to pretty much sell these properties fast. I have been posting on places such as craigslist and what not.

[SOLICITATION REMOVED]

Note : Im open to all offers so investors I might have some properties for you!

The easiest way is to find the BEST sellers agent in Chicago and sell through them. OR you have to take on the marketing yourself. Check out the real estate marketing forum for more ideas if you need them.
Call your friends & colleagues...if you have that many props in Chicago you must have met others along the way that would be interested in buying them from you.
