Hey Jon, well im gonna keep it brief, I prefer not to get into this that much. I've been in the real estate business for over 30 years. Basically purchasing properties, rehabbing, renting/reselling. My goals now are just to sell all my properties and retire, possibly move out of the country to some nice vacation home :)

Ok, heres the situation. I have a somewhat large amount of properties I am attempting to sell because I am retiring from the "Real-Estate" business.

All of my properties are located in South Chicago, but in very "HOT" areas such as Bronzville, Englewood, Washington Park, Woodlawn, etc etc.

I currently own over 30 properties which include SRF, Condos, and Multi-Unit Buildings (up to 4 units max).

I also own about 30 lots all commercialy and residentialy zoned in the same area or close to the properties. The prices for the lots range from 10k-800k.

The prices of the properties range from about 60k-2000k.

I need some advice on how to pretty much sell these properties fast. I have been posting on places such as craigslist and what not.
