Phoenix investment - turnkeys wanted

Hi all - I'm a NJ investor who invests outside of NJ. I have heard Phoenix is a good market. I am actually in Phoenix for work Wednesday/Thursday of this week and can meet anyone for coffee on Thursday morning if you have turnkeys available. Or if you're an investor and want to talk shop! Always enjoy meeting people and learning.
