Purchasing 6 properties at once, 6 vendors & one offer!

Hey B.p I have an opportunity to purchase 6 properties in one package. I have spoken to all unit owners and they all want to sell immediately. I have determined a price but I would like some advice on the best way to submit an offer to all of them (effectively). Does anyone have any advice or tips for dealing with a number of vendors for one deal? Thank you BP Billy
