Hello! I am new to real estate investing looking to connect with other real estate investors .I live in PA but I am looking to invest in DE at the moment becoz of the low taxes! Any REI clubs in the area that you go to and recommend ? Still torned between starting with Multi family or single family ! What to start with ? Thanks in advance ! Shweta
