Tax delinquent and Code Violation properties
I have a mailing list of tax delinquent and properties with code violations. Should I mail to all of them, or should I take the time/money to take out the ones that haven't owned the house for very long? I can't cross check with equity so that's about the best I could do. I'm concerned I'll be getting motivated sellers who don't have the equity to sell to me. Is there any way to make money from a situation like this?
