Market to target for buy & hold in Indianapolis
Hello Seasoned BP Members - I am planning to scout the Indianapolis markets for buy and holds. Since I'm based on the east coast, cash flow is hard to obtain. Ideally, I would like to invest in the 60-75k range for a single family home (Minimum of at least 3+ beds/1-2 bath) where I can expect at least 850-975+ in rent. I definitely want the properties to be located in the A to C+ neighborhoods. Can you guys please make specific suggestions on what areas/neighborhoods/school districts/etc should I be targeting in the Indy market? Also any input/suggestions or any other variables that I should consider while targeting this market?
