Came across this retail condo of 1895 sq ft asking $1.4M in Van Ness... What do you think of the price? How do you go out and find a retail tenant?

I was at the unit today. The building next to it on the right (further up north) is used by Jaguar and British Motors. The building on the left (further south) is a Burger King. It seems the location is getting quite a bit of foot traffic and has metered parking in front of the entrance. @Diane G. I too some pictures. Happy to share these with you.

Do you know what the occupancy rate for commercial is in this area? I don't know how hard or easy it is to find a suitable tenant for this specific property. Do you know how long these has been vacant?
