Help writing letter to neighbor in pre-foreclosure
Hi, one of my neighbors is in pre-foreclosure and I would like to attempt to help save them from the effects of going into foreclosure. I also have a buyer who would be interested in buying the house. What should I put on a letter to the homeowner in order to get them to call me? Is it as simple as "Hi, I buy underwater homes cash, call (888)888-8888? Thanks.
