what is your biggest regret

For those of us who been watching RE for some years, I am sure we all have our regrets... here goes my biggest....

On the Jan 1, 2012, I was sitting home doing nothing... A friend came and asked me if I wanted to go seeing some RE together, and so I went with him....We saw a house on the hillside in Union City, foreclosure by BofA, asking for $350K... We then went to an apartment complex where there were 2 dozen condos on foreclosure by different banks, ranging from $95K to $100K...Literally 2 dozen of them by different banks....

I bought the hillside house and passed on the condo.... Today, that house is worth $750K, but those condo are worth $380K each.... Had I bought 4 of those, I would be sitting on $1.6M today.....
