Looking to get started investing vacants this year

Hello Fellow BP Members,

I’m interested in investing in vacant lots in my local area. I’m currently living in a small town Lafayette, In but I’m also considering land investing in Indianapolis, In.

I have somewhat of an understanding of the beginning process ofland investing . I know I would need to find a decent deal for a low price and basically upsell it to a potential buyer.

I’m curious about the different exit strategies and for selling the land and what is a realistic time frame of getting the lot resold to a potential buyer.
