I am a huge advocate for LLC protection for investors! I've commented on this topic many times with all of the reasons, but financing would be your only benefit to purchasing in your own name, and in my opinion, that doesn't outweigh the risk. Banks will do 30 yr am depending on the stats, but 25 is pretty common. 5 years is very short, you can easily get a longer term for commercial.
