Buying a house from a foreign speaking owner
Can I get some advice out there on how to purchase a property when the homeowner mainly speaks Korean? I'm guessing I would need to find a notary that speaks Korean and a title company also has a worker that speaks the language. Any help with this would be very much appreciated.
