I reached out to my local property tax office to obtain a tax delinquency list. They responded with a choice of three format options:

PDF

TRW

UDEF (universal definition)

What format should I select if I need to convert to excel for direct marketing campain?

Can I get some advice out there on how to purchase a property when the homeowner mainly speaks Korean? I'm guessing I would need to find a notary that speaks Korean and a title company also has a worker that speaks the language. Any help with this would be very much appreciated.

Hello,

I'm looking to further my education in Real Estate Investing.  After being laid off from the corporate world, I've been liberated to pursue my investing dreams.  I'm looking for an opportunity to work with an investor who need "boots on the ground here in San Antonio or surrounding areas.  Please feel free to contact me anytime.
