I just closed on a pretty big nice house. It needs paint and carpet, ect. My plans were to owner finance or retail after the repairs. When I closed I had the sellers deed the house into my LLC now my children and wife are wanting to move into it. If I was to move into it how should I go about it for tax purposes whereas it is in the name of my company and the fix up funds are from the company bank account?
