I have a few questions

First one. I am looking at a property that is owned by a company that is no longer in business. What should/can I do about that as far as wholesaling it. And the second. How do I turn a list gotten from the courthouse (Probate and absentee owner) into addresses and/or phone numbers to actually work and do something with? And the last question. Inside unseen, the numbers look something like this: (MAO) 22= (ARV)90-(Rehab) 36-(Profit)2... its a 4/3 1700sqft(approximate) with attached garage in a middleclass neighborhood... Would there be a deal there if the owner is asking for 86 out the gate? This last question ties into the first.
