I would rather not say my name but I'm looking for help!!! I'm 29 years old from the inner city from where is not important but I've made mistakes in my life that I will maybe never make up for but I made it my business to try to right my wrongs and get my life together. I payed a guy 5k for mentorship and I haven't made any progress or even somewhat got close to a deal....I'm frustrated,tired and at a dead end...having trouble tracking down motivated sellers, who should i primarily look for ?? Code violations,probates???
