Buying a house w/ tenant attached. What to do?

Currently house hacking, shopping for the next one to hop to. I've seen a few nice houses I wouldn't mind living in. The Thing is, some come with tenants already living there. Some not leaving until May of next year! What rights have you when you buy a house w/ tenants attached? How do banks see the situation knowing you won't be able to move in for 5 or 6 months? Not that I would, but could you kick the tenants out after you buy? Thanks for your input! Stevo in Dallas Texas
