Hello Everyone! I am still looking for my first SF property to fix and flip. I have my LLC and I am writing here today to network out to anyone who may have a property available? Someone who may be looking for a partner? Someone who may already have a property, but is running short on cash? I have $50k that has been vesting in my business account that I can invest with someone. I also have some burning questions about hard/private money. My initial thoughts were that my $50k would be enough to get a hard/private money lender to fund a deal for me? I'm primarily focusing on properties that would not exceed this amount even with a 30% requirement. I attended the Sin City REIA last night and it was another big eye opener for me, as well as a great group of individuals. I appreciate any help or info that anyone can assist me with! Thank You!

@Jesse Tsai thanks for your support!

This is more comforting to know that there's money easily accessible and that there's just not many deals...not something I'm doing wrong lol. Although, we all wish we had some better buys :)

Thanks
