Lowell, MA - Real Estate Agent

Hello, I am looking for a good real estate agent who works with investors in Lowell, MA. I am a newbie and looking to purchase in that area. I currently live in Framingham but this area is a bit pricey. I am looking to renovate and sell my home next spring which will help me and looking to use that money to get it going. But I would like to get started on something sooner so I'm looking where it is more affordable. My son is at the grad school at Umass Lowell so he could help me with the local knowledge.
