Who is the real owner?

Back in May 2014 I foreclosed on a house in Mississippi for none payment. I was in the second lien position and after the foreclosure the bank in first position refused to work with me in bringing their loan current. So it was my understanding that the bank foreclosed on the property 4 months later. I'm still getting tax bills on the property and I'm still on record as the owner. I'm not sure if the bank's attorney forgot to fill the deed for them or what. If the bank doesn't want the house I sure do, what are my options here? Is there a dead line to file a dead in Mississippi?
