Need help to do a Subject to transaction

Hi in the process to buy a property "subject to" and I really need help to figure out all the paperwork that it needs to close.It's in Pittsburgh,PA

I have a closing company who did this kind of transaction before who is ready to start.

Can someone help me to see straight with this transaction?

I know I need those document but I don't know where to find them.

2. Disclosure Regarding Transaction
3. Authorization to Release Info Form
4. Limited Power of Attorney
5. Escrow Letter
6. Mortgage Coupon Book
