Well, every market is different.

To do the BRRR you need to find properties at least 30% under the market value and REO properties are a great place to start your research.

I only bought from a wholesaler in Pittsburgh but the city is bigger so you can always find something you just need to be patient.

Hi, I'm a Canadian real estate investor from Montreal and I will like to expand my portfolio to Rochester NY.

Is there any neighborhood that I should not go? Like the place, you don't walk at night?

I will need more information about where to invest in this city?

I currently own properties in Pittsburgh Pa but I'm looking for something closer to home.

It's possible in Montreal, you just need to consult an attorney and have the right contract in place. You should do it virtually in the states it's way easier and you have waaayyyyyy more opportunities.

Hi

My LLC is set up to be the general partner of my LP who holds my properties.

I'm wondering if I should open a bank account under my LLC or my LP?

Should I pay my day to day bill with my LLC or my LP?
