Is wholesaling part time and working full time possible?
Hey Bp,
Is working full time and wholesaling part time by yourself possible?
I'm considering taking a full time job in order to have money to spend on direct mail marketing.
I see one pro to going full time at work which is being able to market more and being a wholesaler that is the bloodline of the business.
However working full time would hinder me from picking up the phone as much and as well as going to see some of the properties the day of or the following day.
Which mean my potential leads will have time to go and call someone else.
After working part time and wholesaling + going to school.... I found it a little bit difficult finding time to show buyers the property as well...
Any tips or advice?

Hi @Marc Frage ,
Anything is possible:) Really comes down to the hours and flexibility of the job and how often you plan to complete a deal. If your goal is a deal and you can work finding a deal around your job, then start learning the ropesand go for it. You can scale up and take the plunge into full-time REI once you've figured out how it's done and are getting consistent.
